Well, as Bernhard’s mentioned, your request is quite broad. You could start by taking a look at a couple of IoT projects we did here at circuito.io such as the pet feeder or the bluetooth controlled controlled mini lift. If you have a basic idea of something you want to do, we can help you plan it 
And you can always go to project hubs such as Instructables and Hackster which have lots of projects, to get inspiration and ideas.
