I need help getting started

hi , recently i have been very interested about building a cool machines and it was not very long until i fount this website. i have a very basic understanding of the components and coding. i don’t really know where to start and what to start making or learning. Are there any tutorials or guides i can read through? Please send your suggestions; easy project (so i get an idea what i can do); and guides.
