Hello,
I want to make an automated test bench where i want to detect the flash from the smd LED on the chip (the subject) so i need something to detect that flash with the help of raspberry pi! The chip flashes with different interval of time. So i want something which gives the output whenever it flashes. I hope you got my point.

P.S:- The LED is very small may be smaller than LED of Raspberry and is red in colour
