Technical support required

Hi,
I need the technical support required for the execution of the following application.
1.S1 call to M1 and share some data with location (call via mobile)
2.M1 store the data and send message to M2, S1, P1, P2, P3
3. The same time sent a signal to L1, L2, L3, L4, L5
4. When the signal received from S1 to L1, L2, L3, L4, L5 starts working for 10 sec
5. When M2 start moving L1 emits a signal to L2, L3, L4, L5 then L2, L3, L4, L5 starts working(Signal emitting range should be controllable)
6. When M2 touch the point L5 repeat the serial no 4
7.Repeat the serial no 5

I’m lost here Kirang. What are these symbols, and what initiates step 1?
