Two decimal places in what units?
The VL53L0X range resolution is in millimeters.
if you want to print two decimal places of a millimeter - this sensor doesn’t suit you. Other than this, it is only a problem of representation in the code.

Thank you for you answer, and which sensor is suit to my application? I need measure distance to two decimal places (in one point). I make machine to measure the samples for tensile test. Thank you.
