My research project is about a robot that can plant and harvest rice, but I don’t really know what sensor I will use. My friend said that it can be ultrasonic or touch sensor. I only have limited knowledge about robotics. So please help me. Thank you!

Yeah, if you can provide some more detail so e know what kind of sensor you need that’d be great. There are many sensors that can be used. Te kind of sensor depends on the system you set up. What will the robot be doing in order? Like, first walk, then dig a hole, plant the seed cover it up. All those details are missing and these details are very vital for us to be able to help you.
